Hawzah News Agency - Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni that Abu ‘Abdillah said: Rasulullah ﷺ said,

إِذَا بَلَغَكُمْ عَنْ رَجُلٍ حُسْنُ حَالٍ فَانْظُرُوا فِي حُسْنِ عَقْلِهِ فَإِنَّمَا يُجَازَى بِعَقْلِهِ.

“If you would hear good things about a man, you should examine how good his intelligence is, because he will be recompensed according to his intelligence.”
